Equipment Introduction
Biaxial stretching technology is a plastic film processing technology that has been industrialized since the 1970s. The basic principle is: after the polymer raw material is heated and melted through an extruder to be extruded into a thick sheet, it is stretched longitudinally and transversely by a certain multiple under the action of external force in the appropriate temperature range above the glass transition temperature and below the melting point (in a high elastic state) through a longitudinal stretching machine and a transverse stretching machine, so that the molecular chains or crystal planes are oriented and arranged in an orderly manner in a direction parallel to the film plane, and then heat-set under tension to fix the oriented macromolecular structure, and then treated with a polymer conductive liquid/permanent antistatic agent coating, and finally cooled and subsequently treated to obtain a permanent antistatic transparent film.
